I am very excited to say I am now qualified as an Advanced Ayurveda Practitioner which also include an intensive Yoga training as that is also part of the Ayurvedic Medicine.
Ayurveda is the Mother of all Natural Medicine.

I am now available to teach Yoga on line and I will soon be opening my own Yoga studio.
