We run workshops or 121 sessions, teaching simple to advanced breathing yoga exercises. These can be incorporated in your daily lives and can help alleviate most diseases giving you a sense of relief and calmness instantly.
This is an incredible tool to balance the left and right brain, and is very healing for our mental health especially. If practiced regularly it can RE-WIRE THE BRAIN, heal and balance all the systems and organs in our body, and can REMOVE TRAUMA STORED ( trauma is stored anywhere in our human body).
This Breath Work practice is based on original Indian teachings, they are psychosomatic just like all yoga and Ayurveda practices.
Pranayama Yoga is the Real and Original name of ALL BREATH WORK EXERCISES.
